Yes! Fabolaas provides Free Pickup and Delivery for your convenience. We offer three service speeds: Express (Same Day), Semi-Express (24 Hours), and Standard (3 Days). While pickup and delivery are free, a premium charge applies for our Express and Semi-Express speeds to ensure your garments are prioritized and ready exactly when you need them.
Our trained experts manually inspect every care label to determine the safest process. Delicate items are treated with specialized detergents and fabric-safe cycles. Most importantly, you can track the status of your expensive garments via live updates—notifying you exactly when they move from "Expert Cleaning" to "Hand-Finish" and "Ready for Delivery."
Yes. When you drop off your garments, our team logs each item and categorises it as wash & fold, steam press, or dry-clean. You’ll receive everything together, clearly grouped and packed.
Just let our team know at drop-off. We can use low-fragrance or hypoallergenic options where possible and avoid scented softeners on request.
